Description

We are looking for a part-time (up to 28 hours a week) Bilingual Accounting Bookkeeper to join our Innovative Faith Resources Financial Services Team. We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to maintain and manage the financial transactions, records, and reporting for multiple church accounts. The candidate will need to bring a disciplined and detail-oriented focus as a remote employee providing our churches with a high standard of support and service.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Strong bookkeeping skills with a minimum of 1-year experience
  • Ability to perform effectively in a remote work setting
  • Ability to support multiple churches with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF editing, and Outlook
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online required
  • Experience with payroll preferred
  • Minimum of high school diploma
  • Ability to establish a secure and professional workspace in home with high-speed internet capability
  • A heart for ministry
