Manage church accounting through IFR Bookkeeping provider. (Innovative faith resources)
• Manage office operations including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
• Maintain accurate records of church membership, attendance, and events.
• Prepare and distribute church bulletins, newsletters, and other communications.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and appointments for church staff.
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Support the pastor and other staff members with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized.

Skills
• Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and QuiickBooks, double entry accounting and payroll.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
This position is essential for fostering a welcoming atmosphere within the church while ensuring that administrative functions run smoothly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
