Kids Ministry Intern

Are you passionate about helping children encounter Jesus in a real and joyful way?

New Wine Church is looking for a Christ-centered, enthusiastic Kids Ministry Intern to support our growing Next Gen ministry—specifically within our vibrant Preschool (Clubhouse) environment. You’ll work alongside our Next Gen Director and dedicated Kid’s Ministry team to create welcoming, spirit-filled spaces where every child feels known, loved, and excited about Jesus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Foster a welcoming and safe check-in experience for families and children

• Prioritize prayer for our children, families, volunteers, and ministry

• Spend at least 50% of your intern hours connecting with kids, students, and families, building meaningful relationships

• Help plan and lead fun, Jesus-centered activities in our Preschool ministry

• Seek opportunities to grow in your faith, leadership, and ministry skills

• The ability to communicate well, take feedback humbly, and contribute creatively

• A professional and collaborative spirit—ready to be part of a team

Requirements:

• Must be at least a high school graduate

• Able to commit 10–15 hours weekly

• Must attend monthly Intern Meetings on the first Wednesday of each month at 12 PM
