We are looking for a part-time (up to 28 hours a week) Bookkeeper to join our Innovative Faith Resources Financial Services Team. We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to maintain and manage the financial transactions, records, and reporting for multiple church accounts. The candidate will need to bring a disciplined and detail-oriented focus as a remote employee providing our churches with a high standard of support and service.
Qualifications:
- Strong bookkeeping skills with a minimum of 1-year experience
- Ability to perform effectively in a remote work setting
- Ability to support multiple churches with strong attention to detail
- Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF editing, and Outlook
- Experience with QuickBooks Online required
- Experience with payroll preferred
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Ability to establish a secure and professional workspace in home with high-speed internet capability
- A heart for ministry
