Qualifications:

• Proven pastoral influence and commitment to personal evangelism and church wide mission involvement
• Instrumental and vocal competencies, along with musical workflow and arranging skills
• Passionate about casting vision and developing leaders
• Self-Motivated and able to take initiative and to multi-task
• Experiential background in worship leading and staff management

 Responsibilities for all FCC Campuses:

• Responsible for all aspects of worship/rehearsal planning & prayer, song discovery, charts & arrangements, creative elements, & communication
• Oversee church wide marketing and publicity including development and distribution of digital & printed materials as well as website & social media content
• Assist pastoral staff in casting and accomplishing church vision, along with leading and shepherding of congregation
• Manage all aspects of the technical/production team
• Regularly collaborate, coach and coordinate with staff from all 3 campuses to help cultivate ministry relationships to provide continuity
